Refund policy

DAMAGES AND RETURNS

  • All orders are final, with no returns or exchanges.
  • However, if there is an issue with incorrect or missing items in your order, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can quickly replace your damaged or missing items. 
  • Only items damaged during shipping will be replaced, and we will need you to send us a photo to determine if it is actual damage or just the nature of the wood (which naturally expands and contracts during different seasons of weather!)
